3. Lead Capture - This is generally done two ways. You can either have your clients register for your site and have them login to search the MLS every time they visit your site and they will let you know when they are ready to use a realtor (hot lead) or you can ask them for a small amount of information before they search the MLS every time they come visit your site and not have them login each time (luke warm lead). These leads can be emailed directly to you, stored in a database, or both.

4. Database - This does involve computer programming and is a little more advanced. You can have all information that is ever collected from any part of your website stored in a database for further review. This means the leads, logins, and searches are all saved for you to review at a later time.

5. Listings - You will have an easy to use backend on your website that will allow you to login and upload new listing details and pictures all by yourself.

6. Statistics - There is a standard backend that we put in all of our websites that will allow you to see a variety of statistics including but not limited to what keyword got the visitor to your web page, where a visitor came from, how many times the visitor came to your page, and how many people visited your site.
